Making a Book Poster
By the time, some of you have read a good book. When you know of a good book, you like to tell your friends about it. A good way to do this is to make a big poster. Would you like to make a poster? If you would, here are some suggestions.
On the poster, Print the title of the book and the author’s name. Be sure to use capital letters correctly and to spell all words right.
Then think of one of the funniest or most exciting parts of book. Paint a picture of it. Try to have a picture that will interest others in the book. The pictures show some posters made by other children.
Giving a Book Report
If six or eight boys and girls make good posters, You can have a poster parade for your Book Week Assembly. The children might walk on the stage, carrying their posters, and stand in a row across the front of the stage to let the audience see the posters. Each boy or girl might then tell about his book.
